BOOKING, HOURS & DELIVERY

You should reserve as early as possible. Rentals are reserved on a first come basis. Deposits are required to hold reservations.

We have a minimum order of 250€.

Once you have accepted our quote, it will be converted into an invoice detailing the Payment Terms & Conditions. A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance to be paid at least four weeks before the event date. You may pay the full balance up front. We accept transfer or cash payments only.

You can make changes to your reservation however, all orders must be finalised 14 days before the event date. Additions to orders are allowed but will be subject to availability.
If you cancel your order, the following charges will apply: 25% of the deposit will be retained if you cancel up to two months before and the full deposit will be retained up to one month before. If you reduce your order less than three weeks before the event date, the full amount will be retained. If cancellation is within three weeks of the event date, the full amount will be retained. -
Yes. Delivery and installation charges are based on the area and set up size. Please ask for more information.

Our contact hours are from Monday-Friday 10:00 - 18:00.
Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 and 18:00 Monday - Saturday.In addition to the above hours, special delivery arrangements are available for Sundays. Please call for a quote.
BALLOONS

Balloons outside will typically last for a day. Balloon oxidation happens when latex balloons are exposed to UV light produced by the sun. The latex balloons will react by breaking down, losing their shine, and instead gaining a lovely velvet sheen.

On hot days, in direct sunlight, balloons could pop. The same result can occur indoors if balloons are exposed to direct sunlight through windows.
Balloons will expand in heat so we always try to account for this when inflating them but balloons being balloons, they CAN pop! So if it happens, don’t be surprised.
We always recommend to avoid displaying balloons in direct sunlight and trying to find a shaded area instead. If your display will be in the sun we advise against the use of darker colours as they absorb heat faster. Try to stick to a lighter colour palette! -
Our latex balloons are bio-degradable however, foil balloons are not.
MOCK-UPS

A mock-up is a digital representation of how the finished set up will look. It's perfect for creating realistic arrangements of the decor you wish to have so you can better visualise the final design.
Please note, a mock-up is only to give a good representation of the final design and what’s included. Balloons and accessories like flowers may not be placed exactly as shown in the mock-up. Balloon colours will vary from reality. However, these will be confirmed with the client either in person with a sample or via photos. -
We include a free mock-up plus one free edit when you spend over 500€. Additional changes will cost 25€ per edit.
If your order does not meet the 500€ requirement, a mock-up costs 45€ plus one free edit.
This will be charged before creating the mock-up and deducted from the final amount if you spend over 500€.
WB COLLECTIONS

WB Collections are trending collections curated by Wild Berry. These collections can be altered by adding or removing items as you wish.

The wooden backdrops, wooden cake tables & themed woodcraft are all designed by Wild Berry. So our bespoke pieces will make sure you have a unique celebration like no other!

Sure! Feel free to put any of our pieces together to create your own collection. Just a friendly reminder that we have a minimum order of 250€.
GENERAL

Setup and takedown is carried out solely by the Wild Berry team. Please do not attempt to dismantle the backdrops yourselves, leave in position and we will take it down at the agreed collection time.

Depending on the size of the collection, we like to allow at least two hours before the event to build and install.

We offer a 10% DTO on your next event when you like our Instagram and recommend a friend to us!

Yes, we have public liability insurance up to the value of 1,000,000€ and we can send a copy directly to your venue or event planner if required.

Our rental period is from 10:00 until 20:00. There will be an extra charge for collections between 20:00 - 22:00 or for next day collection. Please ask for more info.

Prices are based on a daily hire rate and within our working hours from Monday - Saturday, 10:00 - 20:00, including set up and take down. If items are required for a longer period of time, pricing may be higher. Please ask if you require the backdrops for more than one day.
